If you buy directly from Disney to become a Disney Vacation Club Member, you must purchase a minimum of 100 points. If you buy DVC Resale Market, there is no minimum purchase. Once the initial investment is complete, you may add on more points for any DVC resort. Through Disney, 50 points are the minimum amount of add-on points if using Disney’s financing or 25 points if paying cash.
